1.) Pilates All Levels, Beginning Sept 16, Fridays at 9:30am, at the Westford studio and Live Stream, Register HERE
2.) Yoga Pilates Fusion, Beginning Sept 21, Wednesdays at 5:45 pm, an 8-week series at the Westford studio. Register HERE
Bring a comfortable mat or use one of ours. We’ll provide all the props you need.

1.) Pilates With Weights – ongoing on Tuesdays at 10am.
