Linda Moran has been studying yoga since 1993 and teaching since 2004. She began taking yoga as part of a plan to manage a chronic back problem and fell in love with it in its entirety.
In addition to teaching yoga, Linda has been a physical therapist since 1982. She earned an Advanced Master of Science in Orthopedic Manual Therapy and Sports Physical Therapy from Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.
Linda earned her Raj Ashtanga 200-hour YTT (yoga teacher training) certification from Focal Point Yoga in Stow MA and more recently became certified and registered through Todd Norian’s 500 hour Ashaya Yoga instructor training program. Linda now teaches in the style of Ashaya Yoga, which focuses on the alignment of body, mind and heart. It blends precise, therapeutic alignment techniques with the empowering teaching of yoga philosophy to build strength, balance, flexibility, and heal chronic pain. More than a ‘yoga workout’, it supports the harmony and interconnection of body, mind, heart and spirit.
Linda loves the depth and profound healing that is possible with Ashaya Yoga. Her class is fun, therapeutic, and heartfelt.
