Jill Bagni
Jill fell in love with the mind-body focus of Pilates two minutes into her first class in 2008. She almost immediately enrolled in teacher training and is currently a certified Advanced Mat Instructor with Power Pilates. Jill has experience as a Personal Trainer and exercise therapist. She believes everybody (and every body) can benefit from the enhanced strength, balance, flexibility, posture, endurance, and body awareness Pilates offers.
Jill teaches open classes, which allow all ages and abilities to attend together. Doing the same exercise with different modifications provides a good workout for anyone willing to pull up a mat. Her favorite testimony from a student was that her class “unpretzeled” them.
When not working, Jill loves spending time with her family as well as being outdoors, kayaking, skiing, and hiking.
