Instructors
Chris Kandianis has been passionate about fitness for over 30 years. Her fitness journey began with running, and then expanded to include weight training, swimming and biking.

After beginning a yoga practice in 2000 Chris quickly recognized its power to develop strength and flexibility while bringing mind/body balance to the challenges of daily life.
In 2004 Chris added Pilates to her fitness regimen. This firsthand experience underscored the value of Pilates in avoiding or recovering from injury and addressing bio-mechanical movement issues for optimum strength. Having benefited from this joint-friendly method for improving core strength, she decided to take her training to the next level by becoming an instructor.
Chris is STOTT™ Pilates certified in Matwork and Reformer through intermediate level plus has trained in Injuries and Special Populations and Anatomy. Chris is an ACSM certified personal trainer, FRA certified yoga instructor and holds a BA degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Simmons College. She regularly attends workshops to expand her knowledge and repertoire.
When not teaching, Chris enjoys running, biking, skiing, hiking and rock climbing.
Jenny Smyth holds a BA in Psychology from UMass Dartmouth and teaching certifications in YogaFit's Yoga Foundation Yoga, Seniors & Chair Yoga, YogaLean, YogaSweat as well as Prenatal Yoga, Meditation, Chakra exploration and Reiki. Jenny is a certified 200 Hour Yoga Teacher. Having practiced Yoga for over 20 years. Jenny is happy to share her passion and the possibilities that Yoga can bring with her students, friends and family.
Carol Wing is passionate about fitness and serious about fun. Carol has enjoyed helping people attain their fitness goals and improve their quality of life for over 15 years. She teaches classes in Pilates, Yoga, Zumba, Muscle Toning and skiing and does personal training for a wide variety of clientele. Beyond the gym, she is an outdoor enthusiast who loves to swim, run, backpack and ski. She is a 4H leader, a published author, public speaker and competitive singer. She likes to read, cook, laugh and explore the world with her family.
Lauren Boucher has a BFA degree in dance from Lake Erie College. In addition she completed the Dance Teacher
Preparation Course by Audrey Dascomb, Registered Dance Educator. She has danced for 22 years and has been teaching
or assistant teaching for 14 years plus. In addition to teaching at Westford Pilates she instructs
creative movement, ballet, tap, jazz, pointe,
contemporary and hip hop to all ages (2yrs - adult) at Dance Expressions Untld. in Tyngsboro. She has been studying
Pilates for the past year and was certified in STOTT™ Pilates' Zenga™ program in April 2013. In her free time she enjoys hiking and the outdoors.
Inna Broude-Epstein is a Kripalu certified yoga instructor with 14 years teaching experience. She has taught at the Boston Institute of Alternative Medicine, Shakhti Yoga Studio in Chelmsford, Harvard Ridge Spa in Boxborough and others. Since 2002 she has owned and operated the
Yoga For Happiness studio in Boxborough. In addition Inna is certified to instruct QiGong which she has been teaching for 10 years.
Ms. Broude-Epstein is an experienced Shiatsu practitioner as well. Shiatsu is an oriental healing technique, essentially acupuncture without needles. Her knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and QiGong informs her understanding of yoga and enriches her teaching style.
